If you come to the shore to be by the shore, then come and stay at 225 Grant Street.Lots of room to spread out..Family friendly. All the comforts of home but only steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

This wonderful Victorian was built in the 1870s to capture a location close to the ocean, and it does just that. Three stories of spacious accommodations easily house families and groups of 22 people. A large wrap-around front porch with lots of rocking chairs says, "Sit and relax and listen to the surf, and feel the ocean breeze."
Walk to the beach, just a short stroll; meander through Cape May's historic district by foot or bike. No need for the car. Just a two short blocks to the Washington Street Mall with its many shops and eateries.
The interior easily accommodates large family gatherings or groups. The dining room table seats 22 people. The kitchen is fully applianced with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Nine bedrooms and five and a half baths make for plenty of privacy. Featuring an en suite bedroom on the first floor. Two rear decks allow for additional quiet places. No less than six doors lead onto the front porches. Many of the second and third floor windows provide a vista to the water and the lighthouse.
This gracious and comfortable Victorian has been providing seaside accommodations for over 130 years. Come be a part of this. Explore Cape May and stay with us on 225 Grant Street at the Surfside Cottage.

“Weekend fun!”
We had a great time! Perfect location and house was great! Accommodations were perfect for our group and we really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch at night!

“Great weekend”
Nice home for getaway with friends, very close to the beach and center of the town. Large groups might have problem with parking in the drivways ( two of them), it fits about six, maybe seven cars. So… More
