This beautiful ocean front home was built in 2007 with luxury in mind. Custom fixtures and slab granite countertops throughout, one is pampered in this true home away from home. From the entry, the great room opens with a two story wall of windows with breath taking views of the ocean. The loft above offers the same stunning views, with cozy seating areas and a cedar lined king bed alcove, pool table, flat screen TV/DVD, XBOX gaming console, and bathroom. The large great room provides plenty of seating for friends and family to view the ocean while relaxing by the fire. Also included in the great room is a poker table for card or board games. The kitchen is outfitted with all of your cooking necessities for any occasion. The master bedroom and a guest room are conveniently located on the main floor, with each having a bathroom. The lower level is equipped with three spacious bedrooms with ocean views, full bath, laundry room, and garage access.
Our home is a family oriented vacation rental. It is ideal for 4-5 families with children. Loud and wild parties are prohibited. 'Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away!' Simply breathtaking is this magnificent ocean front getaway in the heart of Oregon's central coast, located in the historic Taft District in Lincoln City. With a stunning 180 degree ocean front view and steps to the beach access, this 3200 sq ft sanctuary will fulfill all of your needs and exceed expectations of your next family vacation, reunion, or team building excursion. With a large deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and lower patio, one can relax to the serene sounds and breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean while using the hot tub, barbecuing with our brand new BBQ grill (6/2019), or just kicking back. There is also a hot water hose spigot for rinsing the sand after a day at the beach. We recently installed the Ring video doorbell. It is located outside at the front door. It monitors the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for security reasons and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
