Expansive views of the Pacific Ocean from balcony, dining, kitchen and living room. Located on the Oceanside beach in the beautiful San Miguel II condominiums. Minimum 31 night rental. This Ccndo has two bedrooms, two baths and looks out over the Pacific ocean.. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk in closet and walk in shower and Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bath has a combination tub and shower. Large couch/lounger in living room can be used for additional sleeping.

No stairs required to access the first level condo from the garage or street. Secure gated community with enclosed garage and two dedicated parking spots. Electric vehicle charging station and visitor parking available.
